Nerd these days is essentially the same thing as the 90s ‘prep’, except now they wear hoodies and play Mario Kart. Every time I say something remotely intelligent something giggles and calls me a nerd to insult me because they’re too stupid to understand me. Nerd is not a ‘cute’ term, kids.
